Cargo Center
A Complete Cargo Center

World Port is a unique $100 million development, created to address the needs of the aviation industry and the businesses that support it. At the core of World Port is its cargo community with buildings, aircraft ramp, and all supporting infrastructure designed and built with the cost effective and timely movement of goods in mind. Facilities to accommodate the unique requirements of individual airlines that carry belly cargo, to a mini hub for an integrated carrier, can be provided.

cargoEvery aspect of the complex will allow different segments of the industry that need to interact to do so quickly and efficiently. Customs brokers, freight forwarders, handling companies and trucking operations have all been included in the planning. Roadway geometry, truck queuing areas, and building frontages allow free and easy movement of the largest trucks, and provide ample parking for our tenants and their customers. Recognizing how critical expeditious clearance is to the movement of international cargo, U.S. Customs is planning to occupy a facility at World Port, making "one stop shipping" a reality, and saving tenants and their customers, time and money.
